JARED PULLMAN

HOW LOW CAN YOU SLOW

BOISE, ID

Jared Pullman is genuinely obsessed with low and slow smoked barbecue. When he's not in the middle of cooking something on the smoker, he's thinking about the next thing he can get on there and who he can share it with.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Jared now lives in Idaho, USA with his wife Kylie and their two dogs. Jared is on a mission, "Idaho may not be the most barbecue orientated part of the US, but I’m doing my part, to help change that (when I’m not complaining about how cold it is)."

You can check out what he is up to most recently on Instagram.

Her motto is: “If it can be cooked in the kitchen, it can be cooked outdoors.” She has over 20 outdoor cooking devices, including fire pits, gas grills, ugly drums, pellet smokers and ceramic cookers.

She has been competing in the sport of food since 2012, with three bouts at the World Food Championships. In 2016, she became a Kansas City Barbeque Society certified barbecue judge and started competing on the barbecue circuit, earning her first grand championship in just two years.

Through Team Girls Can Grill and her website, she teaches women and guys how to manage fire to turn out mouthwatering barbecue. She grills a few cupcakes every now and then, too.
